Blood White & Rose Red ~ A Poem by L.C. Bellami

                        ~Blood White and Rose Red~

Blood White and Rose Red
Bleeding out and left for dead
She left him there in the red of the snow
The blush of the rose now an ashen foe
Rose white and skin dead
The blue twilight covering his snowy bed
My shadow falls, the killer flees
I found him there, fell to my knees
I gathered him to me, kept him safe and warm
I carried him through darkest storm
I nursed his wounds and gave him rest
His presence in my bed, the hardest test

Snow white and blood red
His skin, eyes, lips…dance through my head
Raven hair and body fine
This man was the tempting kind
Blood snow, rose white
I fight the pull with all my might
My heart is full, my feet are lead
Dangerous beauty where angels won’t tread

Rose red and blood snow
Cupid’s arrow unleashed from bow
The shot was true, the pain so sharp
The angels played on golden harps
Silver sheets in raven night
He kissed me thus ending my fight
Our love put all the shades to flight

His kiss so strong became my plight
His body around me, oh so tight

He took me to his palace high
With spires reaching to the sky
He walked me down the rose red isle
Each step seemed a lengthy mile
On my finger he placed his ring
On my head his silver crown
His kingdom we ruled side by side
In snowy lands we did not hide
In twilight shadows we made love
Finding him, a gift from up above

Rose Red and Blood White
His love my life, his heart my light

A Poem By L.C. Bellami
Written in the year of our Lord 2013

                    ~

"Sometimes Beauty isn't only Skin-Deep"!

So this is your basic once upon a time fairy tale poem; about an evil witch queen who wanted and daughter to pass her power on to and first bore a son… whom she passed the majority of her power to but gave him no training. So he had power and the future crown. She then bore a daughter who had only a little power but her mother did train her. The evil bitch… I mean witch, yes witch… killed her husband and then her daughter killed her. Then the sister went after her brother to kill him. She got the jump on him in the forest and stabbed him. She was about to take his power and his crown until she heard someone coming. Scared it was the royal guard she took off like the little cowardly cunt that she was. Into the story comes the hot hunky woodsman / hunter / warrior…who nursed him back to health. The two fell in love and the prince took his lover back to the kingdom and married him, and the two live happily and gai-ly ever after!

Ps. The sister was finally hunted down and all her powers stripped from her. The she became a chamber maid for a horrible family. She died alone and miserable. That is what being wicked will get you so beware!

This poem is what the woodsman wrote about the whole damn thing after he was the royal consort to the king.

I know…I have a warped mind…and I am proud of that! hahahahahaha

Who is Fatherless…

Who is Fatherless…
A poem of the wounded inner child who has found healing in Spirit

 by L.C. Bellami
In the year of Our Lord 2013, October 16th, 8:20 pm;

 ~~~~~
I come from the fatherless generation
With fatherless sons
To whose feet do I fall
Into whose arms do I run
Who will teach me to be a man
Who will help me make my stand
Who carries me when life gets rough
Who shows me how to be both open and tough
I come from the fatherless generation
With fatherless sons
On whose shoulders do I ride high
Who is there to help me spread my wings to fly
Who will listen when I speak my why
Whose voice can I hear when words fail to come
Were is the father to cause me and call me to be a son
I come from the fatherless generation
With fatherless sons
Who will teach me not to run
Who will teach me the right way to fight
Who will protect me in darkest night
Who will be there for the milestones
Who will be with me so I’m not alone
I come from the fatherless generation
With fatherless sons
Who will tell me I am more than the sum
Who will make it ok to cry
Who will point out the stars in the sky
Who will always be there to catch me when I fall
Who will push me when I stall
Where is the Father I can call my own
Where is that man who should have given me home
Only God The Father to fill this void
Only His voice can cause me to be overjoyed
Only His voice to sing me peace each night
Only His voice to wake me with dawns early light
Only His arms to catch me and carry me through
So no one is Fatherless, not me and not you
What's going on with me as of late...
Well I have been hard at work with several new projects while trying to get the free shorts done I have going on here. The next section of Immortal Beloved will be done when I get time; This man needs to make some money lol. The Joe Manganiello inspired shorts; I have decided to turn into separate shorts to publish as e-books if I can get approved, thus making me an Indie Author. A dear friend Author T. M. Smith has started her own Indie publishing house called T.T.C. Publishing. I am starting my own division of T.T.C. Publishing... O'Raven House Publishing. It is our hope to get other Indie Authors to publish under these Publishing Titles. Wish us luck will you? So as you can see I have not been fooling around, I have been hard at work. I hope to publish my first finished work online to buy within the next few months.
The True Measure of a Man...
It is true that actions speak louder than words and that a picture is worth a thousand words. It is equally true that words carry a power beyond either noise or sight! However the true measure of a man is not to be found in word or deed! The True Measure of a Man is found in who, what, and how much He Loves! Love is a Holiness and a Power beyond word or deed, but that often employ's both! What act really matters if in the end it isn't for love? What word really matters if it not be about love? The true measure of a man is to be found in the size of his proverbial heart; in his capacity to Love with all that he is!
Pain (No Greater Love) a Poem by L.C. Bellami
                                                  ~Pain~
                                           (No Greater Love)
If it’s for my Children
Take my hands, drive the nails nine inches deep
If it’s for my Children
Bind my feet, stick the nails nine inches deep
If it’s for my Children
Take your spear, pierce my flesh till the blood it runs down
If it’s for my Children
Mock me and bruise me, beat me and break me
Drive the thorned and earthen crown into my brow
If it’s for my Children
Raise me on a cross of splintered wood, and leave me to hang and die
If it’s for my Children
Give me pain, take my last breath and my prayers
If it’s for my Bride take my life
Summer Solstice Greetings and Future Intentions...
So in case you didn’t know…this writer has a huge crush on the actor Joe Manganiello who is one of the hottest men in the entire history of the planet in my not so humble opinion! So I have a new writing goal I have set for myself. As soon as the four short stories that I currently have going are completed, I am going to start on several short stories that visually pairs Joe M. with various men; for no other reason than to give me writing inspiration, for my own amusement, and to fuel my personal masturbatory fantasies! LOL hahahaha I bet you didn’t think that I would go so far as to actually say that did you? Well you were wrong! Lol
And P.S. by the way…. Marry Alban Hefin (Also called…Mean Samhraidh, Alban Heruin, Litha)     everyone! Bright Blessings!!!
Poe's Raven; A Poem By L.C. Bellami
Poe’s Raven
(Or Harbinger of Death)
A Poem By L.C. Bellami
Came a knock upon The Door
The Raven quoted Nevermore
The Ashen Man looked up in fright
The Raven vanished with the Night
The Man bewildered put fear to pen
His visions of terror to never end
The Shadows lingered always near
Death his friend for countless years
His Quill dipped in Blood and dripping Ink
Into Madness He did sink
The Skull held his absent gaze
His Shadows like an endless maze
Darkness drawing ever near
His Lost Lenore still looking queer
The Bells... Calling; never cease
Writing could not grant Him Peace
His veins thick with Booze not Blood
Delusions came in rushing flood
Cold as Death His icy stare
He did not know, nor seem to care
The Demon Reynolds Stole his Life
On wintry bench, The End of Strife
His Mystery still Haunts us; Whatever For
His Raven quoted Nevermore
(A simple ode to Edgar Allan Poe, a tortured soul, and a Literary Genius!)
I realize this is not the greatest Poem ever written lol, but I wanted to do some small thing to Honor and pay my Respects to Poe, because I find so much Inspiration in his Poems and Stories.
This New Short is something that has been on my mind for a long while now and I have to tell you I am having a blast writing it. Like colorblind, it is a little on the strange side lol...very much a paranormal story. I will post more details soon and the beginning of that story.
Merry Ostara!
Merry Ostara and Bright Blessings during this
Easter-tide!!!
~
A Brief Ode to Ostara 2013
The long hard winter passes
Its darkness fades and leaves pale light
in its wake
God has brought Spring, and Spring has
brought newness, and the earth has woken
and it breathes once more with desire
Pale colors and soft energies spread as a
blanket over the earth and we draw the power
to thrive again in this new year
